We were invited by DTZ and UGL Services to provide layout design proposal in pitching process and construction process.
The layout design is completed in January 2014.
Client ( end-user) is a global company specializing in the design, innovation, and marketing of fashion lifestyle and accessory products. With nearly 400 stores worldwide and a strong global e-commerce business .
Client will potentially move in to their new office in May 2014.
Drawing is showing very early stage of layout development.
3D images and furniture image are our proposal which we believe this is the office that our client should have, and match to their image..

Considering demountable partition for manager office, which allows those partition could be reused when doing office renovation by time to time, or even relocate their office again 5-10 years later.

There is lots of departments in such a big company, we designed lots of layout with lots of ideas and proposal, different combination, pros & cons try to suit for everyone.
To help the client and us find out the best layout , we made a chart , a comparision , so we can analyse the best one , the most suitable one.
